    7. Photocopy of the birth certificate which is issued by competent authority
    8. Photocopy of H.S.L.C certificate/ Admit card
    9. Documents are needed which is related to guardian having continuously resided in Assam for a minimum period of 20 years
    10. Documents are needed which is related to parents and forefathers having continuously resided
    11. In Assam for a minimum period of 50 years or
    12. Employment certificate which is issued by the employer showing joining in present place of posting, if any
    Time limit: - certificate is provided to user within 14 days after form submit.

    The E-district Assam can provide facility to user for check status about their certificate. User need to read all information at time of apply services.     I have to just fill up the form or I have to type in a 10 rupees paler which is used in the court or I have to just type and attach a 10 rupees ticket?
