    VETERINARY TRADE LICENSE NEW REGISTRATION

    Any person who wants to start a new trade for the given below trades are eligible to apply for a Veterinary trade License.

    Trade Name-

    Buffalo Meat
    Pork
    Mutton and Chicken
    Mutton
    Chicken
    Fish
    Cattle/ Diary Farm

    Where to Apply for Veterinary Trade License:
    An applicant or trader can made the application for a Health Trade License either at CSB zonals or application can be made through online.

    Validity of Veterinary License:
    The Veterinary License is valid for a period of 12 months (1 year) and valid upto 31st March of the Financial year.

    Charges for Veterinary License MCD:
    <@> Application or Processing Fee – This fee will be collected during the submission of Application form by the applicant for New Veterinary trade license.

    <@> Registration Charges – Registration charges will be levied only for approved applications for Veterinary Trade License.

    <@> License Fee – License Fee will be collected only for the approved application annually

    <@> Transaction Charges – The Transaction charges will be levied on approved applications and charges will be depending on the size of transaction.
    Rs. 5/- will be charged for the transactions upto Rs. 500/-

    Rs. 10/- will be charged for the transactions above Rs. 500/- and below Rs.1, 00,000/-

    <@>
    Rs. 100/- will be charged for the transactions above Rs.1, 00,000/-


    What are required Documents needed for Obtaining Veterinary Trade License MCD:
    ó Applicant have to submit an application for license

    ó
    Site Plan and Key Plan also required to be submitted

    ó
    Affidavit on the Non-judicial Stamp Paper are required to be submitted

    ó
    The applicant have to submit Indemnity Bond.

    ó
    Applicant must have to submit the Identity Proof.

    ó
    Power paid bill and Water paid Bill

    ó
    Structure Stability Certificate should be submitted

    ó
    Ownership proof is also required to be submitted for getting Veterinary Trade License

    ó
    Registration of shop, if applicable.

    ó
    Must submit the Conversion charges, if applicable.

    ó
    No Objection Certificate from SHO from law and order point of view for Buffalo and Pork Shops

    ó
    The applicant should submit the Medical certificate for sputum and X-ray chest for T.B. stool for worms and for bacteria,

    ó
    E.coli,Salmonella,Shigella and Vibrio cholera.

    ó
    If the applicant is tenant then submit Rental Agreement or Rent Receipts

    ó
    No Objection Certificate from the Managing Committee and or Imam of the Masjid is also required if the license is applied for a shop situated in the compound/building of a Masjid (Mosque).

    ó
    Any other document required by MCD also be submitted by the applicant.


    RENEWAL OF VETERINARY TRADE LICENSES :
    Veterinary Trade License is valid for a period of 12 months (one year) and it is valid upt March 31 of the Financial year. Aftwards the applicant have to renew the license upto three (3) years for Trades under conforming area.


    What is the License Renewal Period and Late Fee charges:

    [<>] The license can be renewed from the month of March to June of the financial year without any late fees. It means the applicant here are given three months grace period for the renewal of license.

    [<>]
    If the expired license renewed after 30th June and with one (1) year from the date of expiry of license, then the late fee will be charged @ Rs. 100/- per month

    [<>] If the expired license renewed after one (1) year, the late fee charges will be double the annual license fee for every expired year + Rs.100/- per month for part months

    For Example - Late Fee = License Fee X 2 X No. of years + (100 X part months


    Charges for the Renewal of Veterinary Trade License :
    ~@~> Application or Processing Fees – It will be submitted at the time of Submission of Application Form for Renewal of Veterinary Trade License

    Registration Charges – the applicant are not required to submit any registration fee

    ~@~>
    License Renewal Fee – Annual license fee will be charged only for approved applications.

    ~@~>
    Transaction Charges – The transacation charges will be collected by the applicant only for approved applications and the these charges will be depend upon the size of transaction ( license fee + late fee, if).

    Rs. 5/- will be charged for the transactions upto Rs. 500/-

    ~@~>
    Rs. 10/- will be charged for the transactions above Rs. 500/- and below Rs.1,00,000/-

    ~@~>
    Rs. 100/- will be charged for the transactions above Rs.1,00,000/-


    Documents required for Renewal of Veterinary Trade License
    :
    ^>*> The applicant should submit the Xerox copy of license.

    ^>*>
    Photo copy of last renewal receipt is also required

    ^>*>
    The candidate have to submit the Processing fee receipt.

    ^>*>
    Identity Proof of the applicant

    ^>*>
    Medical certificate for sputum and X-ray chest for T.B. stool for worms and for bacteria.E.coli,salmonella,shigella and vibrio cholera must be submitted by the applicant.

    Also submit Any other document required by MCD.

    AMENDMENT OR CHANGES OF VETERINARY TRADE LICENSES :

    The alteration or amendment in the Veterinary Trade License are allowed for the Name of the Business or Shop, Owner or Partner Names and Constitution of .the Business Establishment like Proprietorship, Partnership, Pvt Ltd and Public Ltd.


    Charges for Amendment of Veterinary Trace Licenses
    :
    (!$!) Application or Processing Fees will be charged @ Rs.250/- + Rs 5/- towards Transaction Charges and will be submitted by the applicant at the time of Submission of Application Form for (!$!) Amendment of Veterinary Trade License

    There is no fee required for Registration Charges

    (!$!)
    Amendment Fee for Veterinary Trade License will be fixed by MCD officials and its depends on the Type of Amendment at the time of approval of the application.

    Transaction Charges will be collected for approved applications and the charges will be depending on the size of transaction (Amendment fee).

    An affidavit on Rs10/- Non-Judicial Stamp paper is required to the lost license, if traced, will not be misused and will be returned to MCD

    DUPLICATE VETERINARY TRADE LICENSE

    Charge for Issue of Duplicate Veterinary Trade Licenses :
    The applicant have to submit the application or Processing Fees @ Rs.25/- + Rs 5/- towards Transaction Charges at the time of Submission of Application Form

    Documents required for Issue of Duplicate Veterinary Trade License
    :
    <^> An applicant have to submit application to this effect at CSB Centre

    <^>
    Submit the copy of license, if available

    <^>
    If the license is lost or misplace, then submit the copy of FIR

    <^>
    An affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 10 to the effect that lost license, if traced, will not be misused and will be returned to MCD
