Lodge Vigilance Complaint: If a person/employee/vendor or contractor have any complaint against the Cochin Port Trust (CoPT) officials can lodge the complaint to the Vigilance Office of the Port Trust. Here the Complainant must have to mention their Full Name and Postal Address and Contact Phone Number while lodging the complaint. Complaints should be addressed to the CVO or else to the Chairman. Lodge Vigilance Complaint Online : Here the Complainant can lodge the complaint through E-mail. The complaints received through online which do not mention or have the name, postal address and contact number may be treated as per the guidelines of complaint process. The complaint received via E-mail can be downloaded and printed and taken up for the further action. Complaint can be lodged by giving below details: • Enter the Name ( a person name against whom complaint may be lodging) • Post of Designation the Person • Department Name of the Person • Write the details of Allegation or misconduct • Name of complainant ( a person name who is lodging the complaint) • Post Address and Phone details and Email address of the complainant • Then click on the ‘Submit’ tab.
