    How to Registered a Complaint:

    Entry Date: Entry date will be entered by the System automatically

    Application Date: System will enter it automatically

    Applicant name: Here the applicant have to enter their name.

    District: Select your District Name from the drop down list. The applicants outside AP State, select State Capital name

    Mandal/Municipality Name: Here the applicant have to select their Mandal/Municipality Name from the drop down list. For applicants outside AP, can select State Capital name

    City/Village: Select your City or Village Name from the selection list. For applicants outside AP, select State Capital name

    Road No.: Here the applicant have to enter rest of the part of their Postal address

    E Mail Id: The applicant must provide their Email Id here. This email id is useful to receive Acknowledgement and Unique Number (RNR) to this email Id. The applicant can use RNR to view the status of their application through Internet, SMS or by giving call to Toll free number 1100 (call would be made from BSNL lines only)

    Mobile Number: The applicat must need to enter their Mobile number here. So that the applicant can receive acknowledgement and Unique Number (RNR) to this Mobile number by SMS. The RNR no. is used to view status of your application by Internet, SMS or by Dialing to Toll free number 1100 (call from BSNL lines only)

    Office Location: Here the applicant can select the Office location from the given List to which he/she desire to send petition.

    Addressed to Officer: The applicant can select any Officer from given list to whom he/she desire to send petition

    Issue Text: The applicant can enter details of you’re their query/question/problem here

    After providing all the above details, the applicant need to click on ‘Submit Form’ tab to send their petition to the concerned officer. The system will exhibit a RNR number which must be noted down by the applicant for future references. The applicant can also use this RNR number to view the status of the application by using Internet, by SMS or giving call to Toll free number 1100. the call only made by the BSNL lines.

    Then click on ‘Reset’ to clear form at any stage.

    How to View the Status of Application:
    People or Citizens can easily view the status of their application by using any one of the three modes:

    Using Internet:
    <>. First click on Track your Issue
    <>. Then click on Search RNR. Here the applicant have to enter their RNR number
    <>. Then click on ‘Search to View Status’
    <>. Click on Send Email. If the applicant want to send email to the concerned officer.


    By SMS:
    In the Text Message: Write RNR Number. Need not to write “RNR” word, only mention the For example: 199234567
    Message Send to : Send the message to 99 6640 7772. You will get return status of your message through SMS to the mobile number

    By Call Centre:

    @>. You must have to dial to Toll free number 1100 from BSNL land line only
    @>. Provide your RNR number to Call Centre Assistant
    @>. Call Centre assistant will search of your application and inform you with the status
    @>. The applicant can request Call Centre Assistant to send email on your behalf to the concerned officer, if applicant want. You need to dictate message to assistant.

    C2G Interface:
    Citizen to Government Interface (C2G Interface) Andra Pradesh is a link where the citizen can register their any query/issue (complaint) against their Application to the concerned officer and also can track the status of their application online. Here the citizen or people can directly interact with the Government and hoist their issues conveniently through online system and by SMS.
